Partners

Our partners are our strength. Through the overlaps of 3 major Government bodies and Hospitals we are building a platform for “Be the change you want to see”. We are currently engaged with Mahatma Gandhi Mission (MGM), Zilla Parisad and Cancer Hospital which has helped us increase our business network and expand our reach worldwide.

MGM – MGM is one of the most advanced, reputed and multi-specialty care center. The hospital not only provides curative treatment but also provides preventive, promotional and rehabilitative healthcare services. It has 900 beds with a futuristic vision to provide qualitative education by applying innovative and dynamic pedagogical techniques.

Government bodies – To successfully complete our project and for the benefit of millions of people, we have our support collaborators like Zilla Parisad. The Zilla Parisad health department has agreed to collaborate with us and MGM and together they have agreed to enable sustainable impact towards our shared goal. Through MASS (Mahila Arogya Sashaktikaran and Sanvardhan) a government program, we will help women from rural areas fight cancer. Cancer infected women will be entitled for treatment in MGM.

Our partners play an integral role in enabling us to address the disease, face challenges, provide best-fit and best healthcare solutions at rural area. GeBBS Foundation took the first step by creating a unique concept ‘Clinic on Wheels’.

• A fully equipped mobile van accompanied by medical and paramedical staff • The movable van will visit the rural areas and do a cancer detection and other health checkups • Collect the PAP Smear sample

MGM plays a vital role to support this noble vision and create an effectiveness. The hospital takes the responsibility of:

• Conducting health check-up camps for women inside the mobile van • Providing Doctors and paramedical staff for the health-check up covering adolescent health, antenatal and post-antenatal care, contraceptive care, anaemia and cancer • Collecting PAP Smear test samples and test them in their laboratories for determining incidence of cancer and communicate the result to the foundation

To further streamline the process, Zilla Parisad helped with:

• A group of ASHA workers to coordinate and spread awareness in the interior of the rural areas • Tie-up with Zilla Parisad local cancer hospitals for treatment

These 3 bodies play a vital role and create a roadmap and streamline the processes. The main objective of the tie-up is:

• To strengthen the ASHA empowerment – Payment to ASHA worker is done by GeBBS. They get an amount of Rs50 per women visiting the health check-up camp. • Through Mahila Arogya Sashaktikaran & Sanvardhan (MASS) program we can reach out to the interiors of the rural area to spread awareness • Our mobile van – ‘Clinic on Wheels’ can accordingly reach out to these areas and conduct cancer detection camp and also do general health check-up

Our joint programs with our partners continue to add value and help us to ‘Be the change we want to see.’
